Important registration guidelines

Mandatory Registration: All attendees must be registered for the conference. Entry without valid registration is not permitted.

Non-transferability of Registration: Registrations are strictly non-transferable.
- 3
Charges & Taxes: All transaction charges to be borne by delegate. GST applicable as per norms.
- 4
Non-refundable Charges: GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable under all conditions.
- 5
Spot Registrations: Delegate kits subject to availability.
- 6
Rescheduled Conference: If rescheduled, no cancellation fee on base registration (GST excluded).
- 7
Communication Protocol: Delegates must mention registration number in all communications.

Liability Disclaimer: Organizers not responsible for changes, loss, or delays.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Refund rules and timelines
- 1
Cancellations must be emailed with registration number in subject.
- 2
Registration is non-transferable under any circumstances.
- 3
Cancellations received on or before 31st May 2026 (both days inclusive) will be eligible for a 25% refund, after deduction of applicable taxes and processing fees.
- 4
No refunds will be applicable for cancellations received on or after 1st May 2026.
- 5
All eligible refunds will be processed within six (6) weeks after the completion of the conference.
- 6
The date and time stamp of the cancellation email sent by the delegate will be considered the official date of cancellation.
